You can use any shop on a The General claim. Use ours and your The General deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a The General repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with The General (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. The General will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, The General approves it, we fix the car, and The General pays us directly.

Your deductible
The General deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. The General pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'The General recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If The General offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send The General a supplement with photos. The General reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your The General policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not The General covers it.

We are an independent shop. We work with The General on claims every month, and you can use us on any The General claim regardless of their network list.
Will The General approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for The General to approve. It is a discount on our charges. The General pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does The General take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does The General pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, The General pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
