You can use any shop on a Allstate claim. Use ours and your Allstate deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a Allstate repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with Allstate (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. Allstate will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, Allstate approves it, we fix the car, and Allstate pays us directly.

Your deductible
Allstate deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. Allstate pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'Allstate recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If Allstate offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send Allstate a supplement with photos. Allstate reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your Allstate policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not Allstate covers it.

We are an independent shop. We work with Allstate on claims every month, and you can use us on any Allstate claim regardless of their network list.
Will Allstate approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for Allstate to approve. It is a discount on our charges. Allstate pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does Allstate take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does Allstate pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, Allstate pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
