Surprise, AZ · about 25 min from the shop
Surprise drivers: we waive up to $1,000 of your deductible.
Surprise is a 25-minute drive, so we pick up and deliver: you hand us the keys at home, we bring the car back repaired, and the deductible waiver is on the paperwork.
Where Surprise cars get hit
Bell Road is one of the busiest roads in the valley, and the construction and new interchanges along the Loop 303 add lane-change and merging collisions.
Getting the car to us
Take Grand Avenue (US-60) southeast to 51st Avenue, then go south to the shop.
Or don't drive it at all: within 20 miles we pick the car up at your home or work in Surprise and deliver it back repaired. Not drivable? The tow is free with the repair.
What the waiver does for you
On a qualifying insurance repair we take up to $1,000 off your deductible on our invoice. Your insurer pays its normal share. Most Surprise customers with a $500 or $1,000 deductible pay nothing at pickup.
- It is a discount on our side of the repair, taken off what you owe the shop.
- We never pad the estimate, add work your car doesn't need, or bill your insurer for your deductible. That is fraud, and it is not how this works.
- The waived amount is printed on your repair paperwork. You and your insurer see the same numbers.
- It applies to qualifying insurance repairs. Ask when you call, send photos or check in, and we confirm it in writing.
