You can use any shop on a Root claim. Use ours and your Root deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a Root repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with Root (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. Root will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, Root approves it, we fix the car, and Root pays us directly.
Verify on your insurance card or app.
Your deductible
Root deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. Root pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'Root recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If Root offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send Root a supplement with photos. Root reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your Root policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not Root covers it.

Is Best Deal a Root preferred shop?
We are an independent shop. We work with Root on claims every month, and you can use us on any Root claim regardless of their network list.
Will Root approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for Root to approve. It is a discount on our charges. Root pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does Root take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does Root pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, Root pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
