You can use any shop on a GEICO claim. Use ours and your GEICO deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a GEICO repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with GEICO (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. GEICO will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, GEICO approves it, we fix the car, and GEICO pays us directly.

Your deductible
GEICO deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. GEICO pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'GEICO recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If GEICO offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send GEICO a supplement with photos. GEICO reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your GEICO policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not GEICO covers it.

We are an independent shop. We work with GEICO on claims every month, and you can use us on any GEICO claim regardless of their network list.
Will GEICO approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for GEICO to approve. It is a discount on our charges. GEICO pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does GEICO take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does GEICO pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, GEICO pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
