We waive up to $1,000 of your deductible.
A $1,000 deductible should not be the reason your car stays wrecked. On qualifying insurance repairs, Best Deal absorbs up to $1,000 of what you would pay out of pocket. Most of our insurance customers pay $0 at pickup.
How a deductible waiver works
Your insurance company pays for the repair minus your deductible. Normally the body shop collects that deductible from you at pickup. We don't. On qualifying repairs we take up to $1,000 off your side of the bill and your insurer pays its share exactly as it would anywhere else.
That's the whole trick. No inflated estimate, no phantom parts, no "we'll bill the insurance for it." It is our discount, from our margin, written on your paperwork.
Who qualifies
- Collision or comprehensive claim with any insurance company
- Repair performed at Best Deal in Glendale
- Repair large enough to carry the discount (most insurance repairs are)
- Arizona driver who chooses us as the shop. Your insurer recommends, you decide.
What you also get
Free tow to the shop, a loaner car so you skip the rental counter, pickup and delivery within 20 miles, and a text when it's ready. We deal with the adjuster. You deal with your life.
- It is a discount on our side of the repair, taken off what you owe the shop.
- We never pad the estimate, add work your car doesn't need, or bill your insurer for your deductible. That is fraud, and it is not how this works.
- The waived amount is printed on your repair paperwork. You and your insurer see the same numbers.
- It applies to qualifying insurance repairs. Ask when you call, send photos or check in, and we confirm it in writing.
Why we do it
Because a car that doesn't get fixed is a customer we never meet. We'd rather earn the repair, earn the review and earn the next one. 4.9 on Google · 71 reviews.

Common questions
Do you really waive my deductible?
Yes, up to $1,000 on qualifying insurance repairs. You see the exact amount on your estimate before we start, and it is printed on your final paperwork.
Is waiving a deductible legal in Arizona?
Yes. A shop may discount its own charges. What is illegal is inflating the estimate so the insurer pays the deductible. We never do that: the insurer pays what it would pay anywhere, and the discount comes out of our side.
My deductible is $500. Do I pay anything?
On a qualifying repair, no. $500 is below the $1,000 cap, so your out-of-pocket toward the deductible is $0.
My deductible is $2,000. What happens?
We waive $1,000 and you pay the remaining $1,000. You can finance that with no payments for 90 days through Snap or EasyPay.
Does it matter which insurance company I have?
No. Progressive, State Farm, GEICO, Allstate, USAA, Farmers and everyone else. The waiver is on our side, so your insurer's rules don't change it.
The accident wasn't my fault. Do I even have a deductible?
Usually not. If the other driver's insurer accepts liability, there is no deductible to waive. If liability is disputed, you can repair under your own policy and we waive up to $1,000 while your insurer pursues the other driver.
What if hidden damage adds to the repair?
We write a supplement to your insurer, like any shop. It does not change your deductible, and it does not change the waiver.
Can I combine it with the 90-days-no-payments financing?
Yes. Many drivers with high deductibles waive $1,000 and finance the rest.
Do I need to mention it before you start?
Tell us your deductible when you call, send photos or check in online. We put the number in writing before any work begins.
Will my insurer raise my rates because the deductible was waived?
Your insurer does not see a 'waiver'; it sees a normal claim paid at its normal amount. Rates depend on the claim itself, not on who collected the deductible.
