You can use any shop on a Progressive claim. Use ours and your Progressive deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a Progressive repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with Progressive (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. Progressive will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, Progressive approves it, we fix the car, and Progressive pays us directly.

Your deductible
Progressive deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. Progressive pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'Progressive recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If Progressive offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send Progressive a supplement with photos. Progressive reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your Progressive policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not Progressive covers it.

Is Best Deal a Progressive preferred shop?
We are an independent shop. We work with Progressive on claims every month, and you can use us on any Progressive claim regardless of their network list.
Will Progressive approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for Progressive to approve. It is a discount on our charges. Progressive pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does Progressive take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does Progressive pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, Progressive pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
