You can use any shop on a American Family claim. Use ours and your American Family deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a American Family repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with American Family (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. American Family will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, American Family approves it, we fix the car, and American Family pays us directly.

Your deductible
American Family deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. American Family pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'American Family recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If American Family offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send American Family a supplement with photos. American Family reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your American Family policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not American Family covers it.

We are an independent shop. We work with American Family on claims every month, and you can use us on any American Family claim regardless of their network list.
Will American Family approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for American Family to approve. It is a discount on our charges. American Family pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does American Family take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does American Family pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, American Family pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
