You can use any shop on a State Farm claim. Use ours and your State Farm deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a State Farm repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with State Farm (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. State Farm will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, State Farm approves it, we fix the car, and State Farm pays us directly.

Your deductible
State Farm deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. State Farm pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'State Farm recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If State Farm offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send State Farm a supplement with photos. State Farm reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your State Farm policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not State Farm covers it.

We are an independent shop. We work with State Farm on claims every month, and you can use us on any State Farm claim regardless of their network list.
Will State Farm approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for State Farm to approve. It is a discount on our charges. State Farm pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does State Farm take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does State Farm pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, State Farm pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
