Liberty Mutual claim? We waive up to $1,000 of your deductible.
You can use any shop on a Liberty Mutual claim. Use ours and your Liberty Mutual deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a Liberty Mutual repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with Liberty Mutual (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. Liberty Mutual will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, Liberty Mutual approves it, we fix the car, and Liberty Mutual pays us directly.
Claims line: 1-800-225-2467. Verify on your insurance card or app.
Your deductible
Liberty Mutual deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. Liberty Mutual pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'Liberty Mutual recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If Liberty Mutual offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send Liberty Mutual a supplement with photos. Liberty Mutual reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your Liberty Mutual policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not Liberty Mutual covers it.

Common questions
Is Best Deal a Liberty Mutual preferred shop?
We are an independent shop. We work with Liberty Mutual on claims every month, and you can use us on any Liberty Mutual claim regardless of their network list.
Will Liberty Mutual approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for Liberty Mutual to approve. It is a discount on our charges. Liberty Mutual pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does Liberty Mutual take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does Liberty Mutual pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, Liberty Mutual pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
