You can use any shop on a Nationwide claim. Use ours and your Nationwide deductible shrinks by up to $1,000. Everything else about your claim stays exactly the same.
How a Nationwide repair works at Best Deal
Open the claim with Nationwide (app, website or phone). Tell them your car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale. Nationwide will inspect the car, usually through photos you or we upload, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop. We write the estimate, Nationwide approves it, we fix the car, and Nationwide pays us directly.

Your deductible
Nationwide deducts your deductible from its payment to us. On qualifying repairs we then waive up to $1,000 of that deductible on our invoice. Nationwide pays its normal amount; you pay the difference, which for a $500 or $1,000 deductible is $0.
'Nationwide recommended another shop'
That's a recommendation, not a requirement. Arizona law protects your right to choose. If Nationwide offers a guarantee on its network shops, note that Best Deal provides its own written warranty: 3 years on Best Deal Repair, lifetime on Insurance Quality.
Supplements and hidden damage
If we find more damage during teardown, we send Nationwide a supplement with photos. Nationwide reviews and approves it; it doesn't come out of your pocket and it doesn't affect the waiver.
Rental and towing
If your Nationwide policy includes rental reimbursement, our $35/day loaner usually falls under it. Towing to the shop is free with the repair whether or not Nationwide covers it.

We are an independent shop. We work with Nationwide on claims every month, and you can use us on any Nationwide claim regardless of their network list.
Will Nationwide approve the deductible waiver?
There's nothing for Nationwide to approve. It is a discount on our charges. Nationwide pays exactly what it would pay at any shop.
How long does Nationwide take to approve an estimate?
Photo estimates often come back in a day or two; adjuster visits can take longer. We send everything the day we tear down and follow up for you.
Does Nationwide pay the shop or me?
When you assign the claim to us, Nationwide pays us directly. You only ever see your deductible, which we then waive up to $1,000.
