Dairyland may give you a list of shops. In Arizona that list is a suggestion, not a rule. Bring the car to Best Deal and Dairyland still pays the claim exactly the way it would anywhere else; the only thing that changes is up to $1,000 off your deductible and a loaner in the driveway.
How a Dairyland claim works at Best Deal
Open the claim with Dairyland by phone or in their app and tell them the car is going to Best Deal Auto Body Shop, 5511 N 51st Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301. Verify on your insurance card or app.
Drive it in or we tow it free. We photograph everything, write the estimate and send it to Dairyland with the photos. Dairyland reviews it, sometimes with an adjuster at our shop, usually within a few days.
We repair the car, handle any supplement for hidden damage with Dairyland, and Dairyland pays us directly. You pay only what's left of your deductible after our waiver, and for a $500 or $1,000 deductible that is $0.
"Dairyland said I have to use one of their shops"
You don't. Arizona Revised Statutes protect your right to choose the repair shop, and Dairyland cannot refuse to pay a covered claim because of where you took the car. What Dairyland can do is ask for an estimate or send an adjuster, and we handle both.
The shops on Dairyland's list have a contract with Dairyland; it is convenient for Dairyland. It has nothing to do with the quality of the repair or your warranty. Our Best Deal level carries a 3-year written warranty and Insurance Quality carries a lifetime warranty while you own the car.

Is Best Deal a Dairyland network shop?
We're an independent shop that works Dairyland claims regularly. We are not on Dairyland's preferred list, and you don't need us to be: the claim is paid the same either way, and you keep the right to choose.
Does Dairyland pay you or me?
When you tell Dairyland the car is at Best Deal, they pay us directly. If a check comes to you, you sign it over at pickup.
What if Dairyland's estimate is lower than yours?
That's normal; a photo estimate can't see behind a bumper. We document the hidden damage and send Dairyland a supplement. It is between us and Dairyland, not you.
The other driver has Dairyland, not me. Does this still apply?
Yes. A third-party claim against Dairyland works the same way, and on a liability claim there's usually no deductible at all.
