Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Glendale, AZ
Be the first face and the first voice of a busy, growing body shop.
What you'll do
- Greet customers and make them feel taken care of from the first minute
- Answer the phone and text check-in links
- Keep the shop board moving: statuses, notes, customer updates
- Help customers with paperwork, payment and pickup
What we're looking for
- Friendly, calm and dependable
- Comfortable with a phone and computer
- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
- No body shop experience required, we show you the system
