Fleet & commercial accounts · Glendale, AZ
Public fleets: a local vendor ready to quote, document and deliver.
Cities, school districts, utilities and county departments run a lot of white vehicles that get hit a lot. We are a Glendale business, five minutes from most West Valley yards, set up to work the way procurement needs us to.
Ready for public-sector work
Certificates of insurance, W-9 and vendor registration paperwork on request, same day.
Itemized estimates by operation with photo documentation, written to be compared line by line against other bids.
Fixed quotes honored for the period you specify; supplements only with written approval from your fleet contact.
What we repair
Patrol and administrative sedans, pickups, vans, light-duty service trucks, trailers. Graphics and light bars removed and reinstalled, or coordinated with your upfitter.
Cosmetic and collision damage, hail, glass and alignment, so the unit comes back from one shop ready for service.
Small-purchase and quote-based work
Many agencies can place body-repair work under small-purchase thresholds or informal quotes without a formal bid. If your department needs three quotes, we'll have ours to you within one business day of seeing the vehicle or the photos.
For formal solicitations and cooperative contracts, tell us where to register and we'll do it.
Open a fleet account
Tell us about the vehicles. Eric calls you back the same business day with pricing and a drop-off plan.

- Pickup and delivery within 20 miles, or after-hours key drop
- Net terms available for established accounts
- Photo documentation on every unit, before and after
Common questions
Are you on any cooperative purchasing contracts?
Not yet. If your agency uses one for collision repair, tell us which and we'll apply.
Can you pick up from a city yard?
Yes, within 20 miles, during your yard's hours.
Do you have a minority- or veteran-owned certification?
Ask us; we'll tell you plainly what we hold rather than guess here.
Send a few photos. We'll take it from there.
Upload pictures of the damage for a preliminary price range, or call and talk to someone at the shop.
